Fox's biggest criminal enemy is back and this time he's got some allies of his own.
How to Unlock[]
- Play 100 standard matches.
- Beat Classic mode with 10 characters.
Note:You must defeat Wolf in a standard match after 1 of the above requirements is met in order to unlock him.
- Get Wolf to join your party in "Tabuu's Revenge:Space-Time Chaos".

Note:In the Star Fox series, Wolf and his team don't possess their own Landmaster tanks. They just stole the designs for the Smash Bros. series.

Snake:"Colonel, there's a guy here who looks like a wolf..."
Colonel:"You mean the fighter named Wolf."
Snake:"'Wolf' real imaginative name..."
Colonel:"He's the leader of a ragtag team called 'Star Wolf'. They're the longtime rivals of Star Fox."
Snake:"Kind of strange for a wolf to have friends, isn't it?"
Colonel:"Well, I don't think he works well with others. I suppose they're more like hangers-on than actual comrades. But he's a remarkable pilot. And his ship, the 'Wolfen', is no slouch either."
Snake:"But this is hand-to-hand combat, Colonel. He's out of his element."
Colonel:"Careful, Snake. Those claws of his aren't for show."
Fighting against Wolf[]
Fighting against a skilled Wolf can be difficult, because you can't use aerial attacks from a distance due to his Wolf Flash, and Wolf can abuse short jumps into Dair spikes. Get in close where many of his attacks lose their effect, and stay on the ground to avoid the Dair spike. If Wolf uses Wolf Flash, dodge it and immediately dash toward him to keep pressure on him and force him to act quickly.
