|The September 2013 issue of The New Smash It Up has been released!|
Super Smash Sisters is the successor to Super Smash Bros. Brawl and the first game in the Super Smash Sisters series. The game features a cast of female playable characters from various video game franchises, but includes male characters as "helpers" - a replacement to the Pokemon and Assist Trophies found in previous games. Other additions to the series include battle commentary and Team Final Smashes: a technique where certain characters can combine their powers and use a special Final Smash.
Super Smash Sisters also includes a story mode entitled The New Order, where players create a smasher to help save the smash sisters from an armed terrorist group named The New Order. This mode also introduces a female counterpart to Master Hand, Queen Hand, who serves as the main antagonist.
