Hige-Hige Bandits use bombs in their attacks. The Bandits themselves aren't very strong, but their bombs are. The bombs can be reflected and even caught in midair and thrown back at the Bandits. One way to take care of these idiots is using long-range attacks. Otherwise, the good old Smash-and-Dash method is a pretty good idea.
